Pixilated Theory, which is comprised of two outstanding musicians, Jonathan Hall and Michael Hall, powers this fourteen track album with sometimes strange and mystifying tonality. Even as you browse through the song titles, each one produces images of space age mystery. Setting the tone for the album, "SETI Communication" stirs eerie visions as a synthesized, child- like voice penetrates deftly over the chilling sound effects. The cryptic poetry on "White Walls" easily spins around the creepy synth sounds. Displaying a softer pop style, "Angel of this World" is sweet and tender with thoughtful vocals and lyrics.
